Welcome Message from the National Chairperson
It is my distinct honour and privilege to welcome you all to the 2026 Annual Convention for County Public Service Boards.
Our theme this year, “Enhancing Performance and Productivity in the County Public Service”, challenges us to look closely at the workforce driving devolution. As Boards, our primary mandate is to transform county human capital into a highly efficient, motivated and results-driven machinery that directly delivers on the promises made to our citizens.
This convention provides us with a valuable collaborative space to share peer insights, address operational bottlenecks and adopt modern performance management frameworks. I urge every delegate to participate actively in these sessions so that we can return to our respective counties equipped with practical strategies to catalyse public sector productivity.
I extend my deepest gratitude to all our members and partners for making this gathering possible. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to transforming Kenya's public service.
I wish you all an insightful, productive and impactful convention.
