2026 Annual Convention of County Public Service Boards
Theme: “Enhancing Performance and Productivity in the County Public Service”.
Welcome to the National Consultative Forum for County Public Service Boards
The National Consultative Forum for County Public Service Boards is the national platform through which Kenya's 47 County Public Service Boards (CPSBs) consult, coordinate and speak with one voice on matters affecting the county public service.
Under Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and the County Governments Act, 2012, each county government is responsible for its own public service: establishing offices, appointing officers and exercising disciplinary control, within a framework of uniform national norms and standards. The Forum exists so that 47 independent Boards can learn from one another, harmonise good practice and engage national institutions together.
