Overview
The Forum gives County Public Service Boards a collective voice. Through evidence-based research and structured engagement, it represents Boards' positions to the national government, Parliament, constitutional commissions, the Council of Governors and partners.
Key activities
- Preparing memoranda on Bills, regulations and policies affecting the county public service.
- Commissioning and publishing research on county HR management and devolution.
- Convening the Annual Forum Conference and policy dialogues.
- Building partnerships with national institutions, academia and development partners.
- Advocating for the independence, adequate funding and security of tenure of Boards.
